Job summary

NFI is seeking a Warehouse Operations Supervisor to oversee day-to-day warehouse activities, supervise staff, and drive daily production goals. The role emphasizes safety, efficiency, and collaboration with cross-functional teams. Schedule: 7am start time.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree in a related field or 1–5 years of supervisory experience, experience with Manhattan WMS, and strong communication and leadership skills. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field; 1–5 years of supervisory experience.
• High School Diploma required.
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (Manhattan preferred).
• Able to work in fast-paced, changing environment.
• Knowledge of OSHA, DOT, HAZMAT, FDA regulations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop shipping and receiving schedules to meet goals.
• Supervise warehouse personnel and assign tasks.
• Oversee inbound/outbound shipments for accuracy and timeliness.
• Monitor equipment usage and coordinate maintenance.
• Review daily objectives and set productivity targets.
• Partner with leaders to balance labor and staffing.
• Draft daily end-of-shift reports.
• Implement improvement initiatives in operations.
