Job summary

NFI is seeking a Warehouse Operations Supervisor to manage day-to-day warehouse activities, supervise staff, and ensure achievement of daily production goals. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 1–5 years supervisory experience in warehouse operations.
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (Manhattan preferred).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment.
• Experience with performance metrics, process improvement, and Lean/Six Sigma tools.
• Microsoft Office proficiency and knowledge of warehouse equipment.
• OSHA, DOT, HAZMAT, FDA regs willingness to certify.

Responsibilities

• Develops and implements shipping/receiving schedules to meet goals.
• Supervises warehouse personnel and matches skills to work.
• Oversees inbound/outbound shipments and ensures timely execution.
• Optimizes equipment use and coordinates maintenance with management.
• Reviews daily objectives and labor productivity to meet building goals.
• Reports end-of-shift results and collaborates to balance staffing.
