Job summary

The Warehouse Operations Supervisor at NFI Industries will oversee day-to-day warehouse activities, directing staff to meet daily production goals and ensuring safe, efficient operations. Responsibilities include scheduling, supervision, shipping/receiving, and adherence to company policies.

The role requires strong leadership, experience with warehouse systems, OSHA knowledge, and excellent communication. Available shift: 2nd, Mon-Fri 4:30pm-1:00am, in Fargo, ND.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 1–5 years of supervisory experience.
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (Manhattan preferred).
• Ability to work in a fast paced, quickly changing environment.
• Willingness to work irregular hours including nights.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Develops and implements schedules for shipping and receiving to meet goals.
• Provides direct supervision to warehouse personnel matching skills to work.
• Supervises inbound and outbound shipments to ensure timely, accurate execution.
• Ensures equipment is used efficiently and maintained.
• Coordinates equipment maintenance with management.
• Reviews daily shift objectives and productivity needs for the shift.
• Balances labor with leadership to ensure appropriate staffing levels.
• Drafts and submits daily end-of-shift reports.
• Provides coaching and feedback to enhance staff performance.
