Job summary

NFI is seeking a Warehouse Operations Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse activities and lead a team to meet production goals. The role focuses on scheduling, supervision, and ensuring accurate inbound/outbound shipments.

The ideal candidate will have supervisory experience, knowledge of Manhattan WMS, and strong leadership and communication skills. Ability to work a 6:00am–2:30pm shift and travel as needed is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business or related field, or 1–5 years supervisory experience.
• High School Diploma required.
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (Manhattan preferred).
• Ability to work in a fast paced, quickly changing environment.
• Experience with Lean/Six Sigma tools is a plus.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Develops and implements shipping and receiving work schedules to meet goals.
• Provides direct supervision to warehouse personnel matching skill/ background to work required.
• Supervises all inbound and outbound shipments to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
• Ensures equipment is used in the most efficient manner; coordinates maintenance.
• Drafts and submits daily end of shift report.
• Provides coaching and performance reviews; drives team development.
