Job summary

NFI is seeking a Warehouse Operations Manager I in Olive Branch, MS to lead daily warehouse activities, guide supervisors and staff, and implement action plans that drive efficiency and cost effectiveness.

Responsibilities include strategic planning with the General Manager, optimizing inbound/outbound shipments, labor utilization, safety, training, and performance coaching to meet organizational goals. Strong leadership, analytics, and compliance with OSHA/FDA standards are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in supply chain, business, or related field.
• 5+ years of supervisory experience in a warehouse or distribution environment.
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (Manhattan preferred).
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Willingness to learn OSHA, DOT, HAZMAT, FDA regulations and obtain certifications as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily warehouse operations and supervise staff to meet productivity goals.
• Develop strategic plans with the General Manager to optimize facility operations.
• Ensure inbound/outbound shipments are accurate and timely; manage staffing levels.
• Monitor safety, equipment maintenance, and compliance with company policies.
