Job summary

NFI Industries is seeking a Warehouse Operations Supervisor to lead daily warehouse activities, manage staff, and ensure on-time production goals. You will assign shipping/receiving tasks, monitor performance, and drive continuous improvement in a fast-paced distribution environment.

The role requires hands-on leadership, strong communication, and a commitment to safety and accuracy in daily operations. Some travel to other sites may be required, and bilingual ability is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field, or 1–5 years of supervisory experience.
• High School Diploma required.
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (Manhattan preferred).
• Ability to work in fast-paced, changing environment.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills; bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develops shipping and receiving work schedules to meet goals.
• Provides direct supervision to warehouse personnel matching skill and background.
• Supervises inbound/outbound shipments for accuracy and timeliness.
• Ensures equipment is used efficiently and coordinates maintenance.
• Prepares daily end of shift report and supports safety programs.
• Mentors staff and conducts hourly performance reviews.
• Travels to other warehouses as needed and participates in meetings.
