Job summary

NFI is seeking a Warehouse Operations Supervisor to lead daily warehouse activities, ensure efficient shipping/receiving, and supervise staff to meet production goals. The role emphasizes safety, scheduling, and hands-on management in a fast-paced environment.

You will coordinate staffing, monitor KPIs, and support continuous improvement initiatives while maintaining strong customer service standards with internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or related field, or 1–5 years of supervisory experience.
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (Manhattan preferred).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment and handle shifting priorities.

Responsibilities

• Develops and implements shipping and receiving work schedules to meet goals.
• Supervises warehouse personnel and assigns tasks by skill/background.
• Oversees inbound and outbound shipments ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Ensures equipment is used efficiently and coordinates maintenance.
• Prepares daily end-of-shift reports and tracks productivity.
