Job summary

NFI is seeking a Warehouse Operations Lead to coordinate daily warehouse activities in a fast-paced environment. You will supervise shifts, oversee receiving, put-away, picking, and loading, and drive safety and productivity alongside the leadership team.

Responsibilities include directing staff, training on SOPs, and maintaining accurate inventory. Strong organizational skills and customer service mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Experience in a fast-paced warehouse environment is preferred.
• Experience with a Warehouse Management System and MS Office tools is expected.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise daily warehouse activities.
• Work with shift leadership to meet goals and drive safety.
• Oversee receiving, put away, picking, and loading operations.
• Direct staff assignments and provide hands-on support.
• Train new and current employees on SOPs and WIs.
