• 1 year of relevant experience required.
• 2-4 years of relevant experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Respond to routine, complex and medical emergency situations in a professional manner.
• Answer and direct internal and external calls appropriately.
• Create accurate day-to-day admitting information through hospital computer system.
• Resolve routine problems and complex situations using medical terminology and established procedures.
• Maintain safe and accurate money handling practices and abide by privacy standards.
