Job summary

Towne Park is seeking a Guest Service Associate to deliver exceptional hospitality to guests, helping with luggage, parking, and retrieval of vehicles in a prompt, safe manner.

The role requires strong customer service skills, a valid driver's license, and ability to read/write English. Work schedule is 3pm–11pm with potential for flexible availability and opportunities to join a team that prioritizes safety and guest experience.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or general education degree (GED) Required
• Licensure, Certification, etc.: Must hold a valid driver’s license for the state you are applying to work, or within a commutable distance from the state you are applying to work (as applicable)
• Work Experience: One (1) month related experience and/or training; OR equivalent combination of education and experience
• Knowledge: Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services.
• Skills: Ability to read and write standard English language Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence and memos Ability to write simple correspondence Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to guests, clients and other employees of the organization Ability to add and subtract three digit numbers and to multiply and divide with 10’s and 100’s; ability to perform these operations using units of American money Ability to understand 24 hour and military time systems Ability to understand rates applicable to time passed Ability to operate a manual transmission is highly desirable Perform parallel parking

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide courteous hospitality.
• Park and retrieve vehicles safely.
• Assist guests with luggage and bell services.
• Explain parking rates and process claims; maintain ticket information and revenue when needed.
