Job summary

Valor Hospitality seeks an energetic valet/bell staff member to warmly welcome guests and assist with check-in/checkout. You will handle luggage, open doors, and guide guests with local information to ensure a seamless experience.

Strong customer service and a valid driver’s license are required; evenings, weekends, and holidays availability is expected. The role is on-site at our US properties with competitive pay and employee benefits.

Qualifications

• High school education or equivalent.
• Customer service in a guest contact role preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record and a vehicle handling ability.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests within 30 seconds of arrival and deliver aggressive hospitality.
• Open vehicle and hotel doors, check in arriving guests, and explain parking procedures.
• Park and retrieve vehicles quickly while staying calm under pressure and addressing guest concerns.
• Provide bell services, assist with luggage and room presentations, and help guests with directions and reservations.
