Job summary

Collectors is seeking a Customer Relations Specialist to join our PSA Customer Relations team in New Jersey. This full-time, onsite role runs 3:00 PM–11:30 PM, Monday through Friday, with a temp-to-hire path.

The ideal candidate will be a team player with at least 6 months of client-facing customer service experience, excellent communication, and strong problem-solving skills. Knowledge of Salesforce and Google Workspace is a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer relations or customer service environments.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to de-escalate tense customer situations with empathy.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information following protocols.
• Investigate and resolve customer issues, including claims when needed.
• Process customer adjustments and maintain account records.
• Collaborate with Operations to find appropriate resolutions.
• Escalate unresolved issues to the lead/supervisor for action.
