Job summary

Collectors is seeking a temp-to-hire Customer Relations Specialist III to support PSA Customer Relations in Jersey City, NJ. The role is full-time onsite, 5 days a week, 3:00 pm to 11:30 pm, requiring strong customer relations experience and excellent communication.

You will collaborate with Operations and other departments, resolve queries, maintain accurate order records, and escalate issues when needed. A high school diploma and 3+ years of experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
• At least 3+ years of relevant customer relations experience.
• Strong problem-solving and excellent communication skills.
• Empathetic, organized, detail-oriented, and strong interpersonal skills.
• Knowledgeable in Google Workspace; Salesforce preferred.

Responsibilities

• Exercise discretion and sound judgment in all interactions.
• Collaborate with Operations to find solutions for customer responses.
• Provide accurate information using department protocols.
• Resolve queries by clarifying issues and explaining solutions.
• Maintain accounts by processing customer adjustments; update order records.
• Escalate unresolved issues to the lead/supervisor.
