Collectors in Jersey City, NJ seeks a temp-to-hire Customer Relations Specialist IV to join our PSA Customer Relations team. You will work full-time onsite 5 days a week, 3pm–11:30pm, resolving customer inquiries and processing claims with care.

You should have at least 2 years in customer relations, strong communication, and proficiency with Google Workspace and Salesforce. Earnest problem-solving and empathy are essential in this role.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of relevant customer relations experience.
• Strong communication and listening skills.
• Detail-oriented problem-solver with good interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with Google Workspace and Salesforce preferred.

Responsabilités

• Interact with customers to resolve inquiries and issues.
• Collaborate with Operations to apply effective solutions.
• Provide accurate information following department protocols.
• Clarify problems, determine root causes, and explain solutions.
• Maintain customer accounts and process adjustments.
• Update order spreadsheets and track status.
• Escalate unresolved issues to leads or supervisors.
