Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; Certification preferred.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Detail-oriented, self-directed, able to make decisions related to assigned projects independently.
• Proficient in Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.), Windows 11, Teams, and Zoom.
• Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
• Respectful and professional, maintains confidentiality.
• Must be computer literate.

Responsibilities

• Respond to technology incidents and requests via the University’s ticketing system.
• Field incoming help requests from end users via ticketing system and phone.
• Support staff equipment on campus and remotely.
• Support student/faculty equipment, such as projectors or computer labs.
• Assist with scheduled device replacements (laptops, desktops, projectors).
• Support campus events, including live-stream facilitation.
• Promote and foster a supportive environment for all students, faculty, and staff.
• All other duties assigned by Technology Support Management.
