Job summary

Chatham University is seeking an IT Support Services Assistant for the academic year to provide phone, email, and walk‑in IT support for students, faculty, and staff. The role covers Microsoft products, printing, device support, Windows OS, Mac OSX, iPhone, Android, and other software/hardware issues.

Responsibilities include managing tickets in Teamdynamix (TDX), performing classroom/office tech checks, inventory management, and A/V setup/tear down.

• Willingness to learn multiple IT systems and devices.
