Qualifications

• Department Manager or equivalent experience required.

• Ability to lead and manage associates across departments.
• Must meet minimum age requirements and physical job demands.
• National Food Safety certification or willingness to obtain within 90 days.

• Hire, train, and develop store associates.
• Manage performance through coaching and evaluations.
• Maintain customer-focused atmosphere and service excellence.

• Ensure security, safety, and food safety standards are upheld.
• Oversee use of financial and inventory tools and schedules.
• Support achievement of store financial and operating targets.
• Drive sales through strong customer service and loss prevention.
