Qualifications

• Department Manager or equivalent experience required.
• Strong understanding of store operations and merchandising.

• Must meet minimum age requirements and pass background checks.
• Must obtain Certified Food Safety Manager within 90 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager with day-to-day store operations.
• Hire, train and develop associates.
• Coach and manage performance.
• Ensure fast, friendly customer service.
• Maintain security, safety, and food safety standards.
• Use company tools and reports (ACIS, CAO, scheduling) to drive results.
• Support achievement of store budgeted results.
• Reduce shrink and manage inventory.
• Ensure staffing aligns with business needs.
• Complete CBT and training courses.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
