Job summary

Veterinary Specialty Services in Manchester, MO is seeking dedicated Client Service Representatives to be the first and last point of contact for clients. • Ideal candidates would have 2+ years of previous client service experience; veterinary or medical experience is preferred.
• Be self motivated and have a willingness to learn.
• Work closely with team members, doctors, and other VSS employees.
• Have had cash handling experience and have a base financial knowledge/understanding.
• Be comfortable in emergency situations; able to handle a face-paced, hospital environment.

Responsibilities

• Initial triage of incoming emergency patients, with the assistance of veterinary technicians.
• Ensuring that clients are checked-in, roomed and checked-out in a timely manner.
• Answering incoming calls to our emergency line and guiding callers with technicians and doctors.
• Ensuring the lobby, front desk and exam rooms are kept clean and tidy.
