Job summary

MedVet is seeking a Veterinary Client Service Representative to be the friendly first contact for clients and their pets. You will greet clients, answer phones, escort pets to exam rooms, and help manage medical records and payments.

Ideal candidates bring excellent verbal and written communication, superb customer service, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced hospital setting. Prior veterinary experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to remain composed and professional in stressful situations.
• Proficiency with data entry and basic hospital paperwork.

Responsibilities

• Greet and check-in clients.
• Answer telephones and transfer calls.
• Escort clients and their pets to exam rooms.
• Manage medical records, charts, reports and correspondence.
• Discuss payment options and process payments.
• Maintain a neat and clean lobby.
