Job summary

Revlon Manufacturing & Distribution in Oxford, NC is seeking a hands-on Production Supervisor to lead daily production for the Oxford value stream. The role requires onsite presence, strong leadership, and a focus on safety, quality, and continuous improvement.

You will mentor a team, coordinate with cross-functional groups, ensure on-time orders, monitor metrics, and drive improvements while adhering to FDA‑GMP standards. Base pay ranges from $85,000 to $95,000 per year with benefits.

Qualifications

• Prefer a 4-year BS or BA in engineering with 5-7 years of experience.
• Experience supervising associates in a production environment, preferably drug/cosmetic.
• Knowledge of production equipment and troubleshooting.
• Strong teamwork and communication abilities; leadership in production settings.
• Experience in FDA–GMP environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and monitor daily production for assigned value stream.
• Supervise line activities and provide training for continuous improvement.
• Ensure safety, quality, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
• Track progress of production schedule and report variances.
• Manage line uptime and inventory levels.
