Job summary

Revlon, a leading global beauty company, seeks an onsite Production Supervisor at our Oxford, NC facility. The role oversees daily production, mentors staff, ensures safety, quality, and GMP adherence, and drives continuous improvement. Shift is 2:00pm - 10:30am, with full-time status and competitive benefits.

Base pay ranges from $85,000 to $95,000 per year; additional incentives may apply. Legal authorization to work in the United States is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or higher degree in an engineering discipline is preferred.
• Experience supervising production staff in a regulated environment (drug/cosmetic) is required.
• High level of teamwork, communication, and accountability.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily production for the assigned value stream.
• Direct and mentor associates; manage schedules and training.
• Ensure safety, quality, and GMP compliance; monitor line performance.
• Coordinate with HR, Quality, WHSE, Planning, Payroll; report progress.
