Job summary

Revlon is seeking a hands-on Production Supervisor for the Oxford, NC site. This onsite role leads daily line operations, ensures safety, quality, and on-time delivery, and mentors a team to maximize productivity.

You will drive continuous improvement, coordinate with HR, Quality, WHSE, and Planning, and report metrics while maintaining strong associate relations and adherence to GMP guidelines.

Qualifications

• Prefer a 4-year BS or BA in engineering; other degrees considered with relevant experience.
• Minimum related experience in manufacturing leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead and monitor daily production for assigned value stream.
• Supervise line activities with schedules, training, and continuous improvement mentoring.
• Implement safety, quality, and GMP guidelines.
• Ensure orders are completed on time and inventory levels maintained.
• Provide metrics and reporting as required.
• Communicate daily with Operations manager and provide solutions.
• Serve as back-up to the Operations Manager as needed.
