Job summary

Revlon Oxford site is seeking a dedicated Production Supervisor to lead daily manufacturing operations onsite. You will supervise the line, mentor staff, and ensure safety, quality, and on-time output across the value stream.

Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will drive continuous improvement, manage schedules and metrics, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to meet production goals and maintain strong associate engagement.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising manufacturing operations.
• Strong focus on safety, quality, and GMP compliance.
• Ability to monitor production schedules and report metrics.
• Excellent communication and mentoring skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and monitor daily production for assigned value stream.
• Provide work direction, production schedules, training, and mentoring for associates.
• Ensure orders are completed on time and inventory levels are maintained.
• Collect data and provide metrics and reporting as required.
• Coordinate with Operations Manager and serve as backup when needed.
• Assign associates to lines and ensure safety and compliance across shifts.
• Drive continuous improvement, reduce waste, and minimize downtime.
• Interface with HR, Quality, WHSE, Planning, Payroll as needed.
• Develop people through training and performance reviews.
