Job summary

Revlon in Oxford, NC is seeking a Production Supervisor to guide daily operations on the assigned value stream. You will lead a team, ensure safety, quality, and on-time production, and drive continuous improvement through coaching and data-driven decisions.

Key responsibilities include supervising line workers, coordinating with QA, WHSE, and planning, and supporting cost control and efficiency initiatives. Shift: 6:00am–2:30pm; base pay $85k–$95k with eligibility for incentives.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in engineering or related field preferred.
• 5-7 years of supervision experience in a production environment.
• Experience with FDA-GMP environments strongly preferred.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and monitor daily production for the assigned value stream.
• Provide work direction, training, and mentoring to associates for continuous improvement.
• Ensure safety, quality, and adherence to plant policies and GMP guidelines.
• Drive improvements to reduce waste, optimize changeovers, and improve OEE.
• Coordinate with HR, Quality, WHSE, and Planning; supervise line performance during trials.
