Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
• Proficient with PM systems and Microsoft Office applications.
• Knowledge of maintenance duties and regulatory requirements in a regulated food manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise maintenance department personnel to minimize downtime and ensure safe operations.
• Organize and assign work, schedule repairs and installations to support production.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities with operating teams.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Product Development and QA on maintenance issues.
• Maintain accurate parts inventory and participate in hiring and development of maintenance staff.
