Responsibilities

• Supervise maintenance department personnel in day-to-day operations.
• Organize and schedule repair, maintenance, and installation of machines and equipment.
• Identify cost reduction opportunities with operating teams.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Product Development and Quality Assurance on maintenance issues.
• Maintain accurate parts inventory and support hiring of maintenance staff.
