Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of maintenance duties, programs in a regulated food manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Supervises 5 - 15 hourly maintenance employees.
• Organizes, assigns work priorities and scheduling repair and maintenance of machines and equipment.
• Identifies and recommends cost reduction opportunities with operating teams.
• Maintains accurate parts inventory and participates in hiring and developing maintenance staff.
