Job summary

Burger King is seeking an Hourly Shift Coordinator to lead restaurant operations during assigned shifts, supporting the RGM and AM in achieving sales and guest-service goals. You will guide a Team Members’ shift, ensure fast, accurate service, and uphold brand standards.

The role requires 1–2 years in quick service and availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays, with a focus on coaching staff and maintaining operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
• High School Diploma or GED required, 2 years of college preferred.
• 1-2 years of previous quick service restaurant experience.
• Demonstrated understanding of guest service principles.
• Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to work long and/or irregular shifts as needed, for the proper functioning of the restaurant.

Responsibilities

• Directs shift operations to meet service goals and drive profitability.
• Oversees accurate product preparation and prompt delivery within speed guidelines.
• Coaches and provides feedback to Team Members to improve performance.
• Ensures branding and operational standards are upheld across shifts.
• Reviews restaurant results to identify successes and opportunities for improvement.
