Burger King is seeking an Hourly Shift Coordinator to lead restaurant operations during assigned shifts, support the RGM and AM, and help drive guest satisfaction and sales.

The role supervises a team of Crew Members, ensures fast, accurate food preparation and delivery, and maintains brand standards and cleanliness. You will coach teammates and uphold performance goals while working under franchise guidelines.

• Maintains inventory
• Directs efficient and accurate preparation and sale of products for prompt delivery within established speed of service guidelines
• Reviews restaurant results to identify successes and areas for improvement
• Ensures that restaurant upholds operational and brand standards
• Motivates and directs Team Members to exceed guest expectations with accurate, fast, and friendly service in clean surroundings
• Provides coaching and feedback to Team Members to increase the restaurant team’s capabilities
• Performs duties of the Team Member when necessary
