Burger King is seeking an Hourly Shift Coordinator to lead operations during assigned shifts, ensuring fast, friendly service and smooth profitability. This role supports the Restaurant General Manager and Assistant Manager while directly guiding a team of crew members.

You’ll coach Team Members, drive guest satisfaction, and help reach targets for sales, cost control and operations. Availability for evenings, weekends and holidays is required.

Formación

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School Diploma or GED; 2 years of college preferred.
• 1–2 years of quick service restaurant experience.
• Demonstrated understanding of guest service principles.
• Available to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to work long and/or irregular shifts as needed.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and support shift operations to deliver sales and profitability.
• Coach Team Members and direct a shift of crew during assigned hours.
• Ensure fast, accurate product preparation and service within speed guidelines.
• Enforce cash control, safety, inventory and brand standards.
• Monitor restaurant results and drive improvements on shift.
