Job summary

Burger King is seeking an Hourly Shift Coordinator to serve as the shift leader, supporting the RGM and AM in operations, driving fast, friendly service and brand standards.

You will coach Crew Members, manage cash procedures, inventory, and product prep, and ensure adherence to shift plans, service speed, and profitability.

This role may require working evenings, weekends and holidays, and may involve assignments at other locations based on business needs.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School Diploma or GED required; 2 years of college preferred.
• 1–2 years of quick service restaurant experience.
• Demonstrated understanding of guest service principles.
• Available to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to work long and irregular shifts.

Responsibilities

• Lead shift to achieve profitability and sales goals.
• Ensure accurate cash handling and security procedures.
• Direct inventory checks and receive truck orders.
• Coach Crew Members to improve performance.
• Oversee guest service and maintain clean, welcoming surroundings.
• Directly manage a crew on shift and support as needed.
• Uphold brand standards and shift plans.
