Job summary

Smoothie King is hiring a Team Captain in Round Rock, TX. You will lead shifts, manage Crew Members, and uphold our Serve to Inspire culture while delivering outstanding guest service and maintaining product quality.

The role requires minimum 6 months of guest service experience, strong leadership, and the ability to coach others in a fast-paced restaurant environment. Eligible for tips and quarterly incentives.

Qualifications

• Six months or more of guest service experience in a restaurant or retail environment.
• Proven ability to lead and direct a team in a fast-paced setting.
• Leadership experience in work or school groups is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead during shifts as team captain, setting pace and standards for the team.
• Coordinate shift huddles at start of each shift to align goals.
• Monitor roles and ensure proper labeling, food safety, and quality.
