Job summary

Smoothie King seeks a Team Captain in Round Rock, TX to lead shifts, coach Crew Members, and ensure superb guest service and product quality. You’ll manage labor, supervise operations, and uphold food safety standards while upholding the “Serve to Inspire” culture.

Ideal candidates have at least 6 months in guest service in fast-paced environments, prior leadership experience, and a passion for meeting guests’ nutrition goals. This role offers a competitive hourly wage with tips included.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 months of guest service experience in a restaurant or retail environment.
• Proven ability to lead and direct a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior leadership experience at work or school organizations is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead team members during shifts, setting pace and standards.
• Create and deliver a shift huddle at the start of shifts.
• Ensure proper positioning and role assignments for efficiency.
• Provide guidance, coaching, and support to Crew Members.
• Hold team members accountable for uniform and daily tasks.
• Manage labor hours and scheduling to deliver excellent guest service.
• Maintain labeling and adherence to food safety standards.
• Assist guests at the POS with upselling and handling transactions.
