Job summary

Smoothie King is seeking a Team Captain to lead Crew Members on shifts, set pace and standards, and ensure smooth store operations. You will run shift huddles, assign roles, coach staff, and uphold product quality and cleanliness.

This role emphasizes guest service excellence, problem solving, and strong communication to meet guest needs and store goals. Prior leadership in fast-paced settings is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 months of guest service experience in a restaurant or retail environment.
• Proven ability to lead and direct a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior leadership experience at work or school organizations is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts, setting the pace and standards for the team.
• Create and deliver a shift huddle to communicate goals for the shift.
• Ensure proper positioning and role assignment for efficient operations.
• Provide guidance, coaching, and support to Crew Members.
• Hold team members accountable for uniform and daily tasks.
• Monitor labor use and ensure food safety standards.
• Assist guests at the POS with upselling, voiding, or refunds.
