Job summary

Smoothie King in Round Rock, TX is seeking a proactive Team Leader to guide Crew Members during shifts, uphold service standards, and manage daily operations.

You will run shift huddles, assign roles, monitor labor, ensure food safety, and coach staff to deliver a great guest experience. Prior leadership in hospitality or retail is preferred, with at least 6 months of guest service experience.

The role offers a $15.50–$19.50 per hour pay with tips and a quarterly incentive bonus.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 months of guest service experience in a restaurant or retail environment.
• Proven ability to lead and direct a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior leadership experience at work or school organizations is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead team members during shifts and set pace and standards.
• Hold shift huddles to communicate goals for the shift.
• Manage labor, scheduling, and adherence to safety and quality standards.
• Coach and mentor Crew Members; ensure proper uniforms and daily tasks are completed.
• Uphold guest service excellence and resolve issues promptly.
