Job summary

Smoothie King in Georgetown, TX is seeking a Team Captain to lead shifts, guide Crew Members, and ensure top-level product quality and guest service. Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 months of guest service experience in a restaurant or retail environment.
• Proven ability to lead and direct a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior leadership experience at work or school organizations is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts as the team leader, setting pace and standards.
• Create and deliver a shift huddle to align goals for the shift.
• Ensure proper role assignment and operational efficiency.
• Provide guidance, coaching, and support to Crew Members.
• Hold team members accountable for uniform and daily checklist tasks.
