• Create and deliver a shift huddle at the start of all shifts to outline goals.
• Ensure proper positioning and role clarity for efficient operations.
• Provide coaching and support to Crew Members and hold them accountable.
• Manage labor hours and scheduling to deliver guest service efficiently.
