Job summary

You will supervise staff, report on shift activities, and act as liaison with Account Manager and Field Operations Manager to ensure safety, compliance, and exceptional client service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Effective written and oral communication and interpersonal skills with ability to interact professionally with all levels of personnel and the public.
• Ability to prepare written reports and logs neatly.
• Must read and understand operating procedures and instructions.
• Valid NY Driver’s License with driving experience and clean record.
• Background check and pre-employment drug test may be required.
• Intermediate computer skills to use wireless technology at client sites.
• Ability to handle crisis situations calmly and efficiently.
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
