Ashton North LLC is seeking an experienced RN Supervisor (Building Oversight) to manage clinical and operational workflow across the facility during the 3:00 PM–11:00 PM shift, Monday through Friday. The role reports to nursing administration and serves as the on-site clinical leader for the evenings.

Responsibilities include supervising nursing operations, triage and emergency response, rounds, staffing and handoffs, mentoring RNs, LPNs, and CNAs, and ensuring compliance with state and CMS

Qualifikationen

• Active CT RN license.
• 2–3 years in SNF/LTC or sub-acute care.
• Supervisory/leadership experience preferred.
• Strong clinical prioritization and autonomous decision-making.

Aufgaben

• Supervise and coordinate nursing operations across the facility during evenings (3:00 PM–11:00 PM, M–F).
• Act as primary clinical decision-maker for acute resident changes and emergencies.
• Conduct regular rounds to oversee care delivery, meds, infection control, and charting.
• Manage staffing and resource allocation to ensure adequate coverage.
• Coach and mentor RNs, LPNs, and CNAs; ensure smooth handoffs and compliance.
