Job summary

ExcelliSearch, Inc. seeks an experienced RN Supervisor for Building Oversight to manage evening clinical and operational workflows across the facility from 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM, Monday through Friday.

You will serve as the primary clinical leader, guiding nurses, CNAs, and care teams to maintain resident safety and high-quality care. You will supervise staffing, coordinate admissions and handoffs, and ensure regulatory compliance while addressing emergencies with sound clinical judgment in a

Qualifications

• Active RN license in good standing for Connecticut
• 2–3 years of clinical nursing experience in SNF/LTC/sub-acute rehab
• Prior supervisory/house supervisor or charge nurse experience preferred
• Ability to make rapid clinical decisions and manage multi-unit operations
• Proficient use of EMR systems (e.g., PointClickCare) for clinical tracking and incident reporting

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate nursing operations across all units during the 3:00 PM–11:00 PM shift
• Act as primary clinical decision-maker for resident status changes and emergency events
• Conduct evening rounds to oversee care, meds, infection control, and charting
• Manage shift staffing and resource allocation to ensure adequate coverage
• Oversee admissions, room placements, and handoffs with overnight leadership
• Mentor and guide evening RNs, LPNs, and CNAs
• Ensure regulatory compliance with DPH and CMS guidelines and report incidents
