Ridgemont Resources, Inc. is seeking an experienced RN Supervisor for Building Oversight to manage clinical and operational workflow across the entire facility during the 3:00 PM–11:00 PM shift, Monday–Friday.

The Evening House RN Supervisor will lead as the primary clinical on duty, ensuring person-centered resident care, supervising RNs, LPNs, and CNAs, and maintaining regulatory compliance with DPH and CMS guidelines.

Qualifikationen

• RN license in CT with active, unrestricted status.
• 2–3 years of clinical nursing experience in SNF/LTC or sub-acute care.
• Prior supervisory/house supervisor or charge nurse experience preferred.
• Proficient in PointClickCare EMR for clinical tracking and reporting.

Aufgaben

• Lead and coordinate nursing operations across all facility units during the evening shift.
• Act as primary clinical decision-maker for acute resident changes and transfers.
• Conduct rounds to oversee care delivery, meds, infection control, and charting.
• Manage shift staffing and nurse-to-resident allocations.
• Oversee admissions, room placements, and handoffs with overnight leadership.
