Job summary

The Keystone Distinction Group is seeking an experienced RN Supervisor for Building Oversight to lead evening clinical operations across the facility from 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM, Monday through Friday. This direct-hire role requires strong clinical leadership and the ability to coordinate nursing teams, triage emergencies, and ensure resident-centered care under CMS and Connecticut DPH guidelines.

Qualifications

• Current, active RN license in Connecticut
• 2–3 years clinical nursing experience in SNF/LTC/sub-acute rehab preferred
• Supervisory or building leadership experience in a nursing setting
• Strong clinical prioritization and autonomous decision-making
• Proficiency with EMR systems for clinical tracking and documentation

Responsibilities

• Build-wide operational leadership across all units during the evening shift (3:00 PM–11:00 PM, M–F)
• Serve as the primary clinical decision-maker for emergencies and off-peak events
• Conduct regular rounds to monitor care delivery, meds, infection control, and charting
• Adjust staffing to maintain coverage and balance workload
• Oversee admissions, room placements, and shift handoffs with oncoming leadership
• Mentor RNs, LPNs, and CNAs to uphold professional standards
• Ensure documentation complies with Connecticut DPH and CMS guidelines
