Community Health Resources, Inc. (CHR) seeks a Registered Nurse for the REST Center in Willimantic, CT.

This full-time role provides nursing support within a 24/7 crisis stabilization program, with duties spanning assessment, medication management, and collaborative care planning. The position requires an RN license in CT, nursing education from an accredited program, and CPR/First Aid certification or obtainable within 90 days.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a School of Nursing, RN Licensure.
• Experience with patients with substance use and mental health disorders; managed care experience.
• RN license to practice in CT.
• CPR & First Aid Certification required or must obtain within 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct services in a 24/7 residential setting.
• Address substance use and co-occurring disorders in care.
• Maintain accurate documentation of interventions and observations.
• Develop and provide individual and group treatment and psycho-educational sessions.
• Monitor medications per policy and facilitate crisis assessment and intervention.
