CTDI is seeking a 2nd shift Quality Leader to supervise incoming, in-line, and final QC testing within a warehouse distribution setting. You will conduct audits, inspect products, and drive continuous quality improvements while meeting KPI targets.

This role emphasizes leadership, training, and cross-functional collaboration to uphold customer and regulatory standards. Ideal candidates bring 2+ years of quality leadership, strong problem-solving, and proficiency in MS Office, with experience

Qualifications

• 2+ years of quality leadership experience in a Distribution/Warehouse center environment.
• Proficient in root cause and trend analysis with 5Why techniques.
• Experience auditing processes, reporting deficiencies, and drafting work instructions.
• Capable problem-solving and decision-making with a focus on continuous improvement.
• Detail-oriented and organized with multi-project task management.
• Strong leadership, communication, and presentation skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Supervise incoming, in-line, and final QC testing and processes.
• Conduct quality audits to ensure customer and internal standards.
• Perform visual/physical inspections of products and materials.
• Analyze data, generate reports, and recommend quality improvements.
• Meet or exceed daily KPIs with accurate reporting.
• Train and mentor QC staff with ongoing coaching and procedures.
• Communicate with customers and management on updates and issues.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues.
• Maintain a safe working environment per health and safety regulations.
