Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent required.
1–2 years experience in patient registration or healthcare administrative role preferred.
Knowledge of medical terminology and insurance processes is beneficial.

Responsibilities

Greet patients and provide a warm environment during the registration process.
Collect and enter patient demographic information into the registration system.
Verify patient insurance coverage and eligibility following established procedures.
Provide exceptional customer service to patients, families, and visitors.
Respond to inquiries and address concerns in a professional manner.
Explain registration forms and assist patients with completing them.
