Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet and serve as a patient liaison in the Emergency Department.
• Coordinate admissions, transfers, and discharges.
• Enter consultations promptly to support medical decision-making.
• Orient and train new staff in the role and cross-train others.
• Plan and direct unit activities within the coordinator function.
