Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED
• 1+ years of administrative experience in a business setting with direct patient or customer service delivery
• Beginner level of computer proficiency

Responsibilities

• Completes check-in process including health screening and directs patients per service standards
• Verifies demographics and insurance information; updates in the system
• Collects payments and balances; performs daily cash reconciliation
• Operates in Epic system for registration and referrals
• Provides information to patients and coordinates interpreter services as needed
