Job summary

Main Line Health is seeking a Registration Scheduling Specialist at our Concordville location. You are the first point of contact for new patients, collecting accurate data and delivering empathetic, high‑quality customer service.

You will interact with nursing staff, other departments, physician offices and the public to ensure outstanding service, help patients understand their financial responsibilities, and support a smooth intake process.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer service experience.
• Excellent customer service and computer skills.
• Preferred: 2 years of registration experience in a medical setting.
• Knowledge of insurance and third party reimbursement.
• Knowledge of medical terminology.

Responsibilities

• Be the first contact for patients, collecting accurate data.
• Assist patients in understanding financial responsibility and available services.
• Coordinate with nursing staff and other departments to ensure a smooth intake.
