Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming phone calls from patients, families and providers to schedule appointments.
• Make outbound calls to schedule appointments with specialists and subspecialists.
• Collect patient demographics, insurance information and account guarantor details.
• Secure medical records from outside health care organizations as needed for care.
• Schedule in-office procedures and coordinate room usage for procedures.
• Prioritize visits to optimize physician time, staff workload and facility use.
